Are you looking for a challenging role that will allow you to develop and deliver reward programmes, cyclical activities, and strategic initiatives?
The OpportunityThis role reports to the Global Head of Reward and operates across five regions, global functions, and over 30 countries to deliver a Global Reward Strategy.
You will oversee reward delivery for UKIMEA and Europe regions, working closely with the relevant Reward Partner, and manage a team of three Reward Specialists.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to coach and mentor others to build a highly effective Reward CoE.
About the Role- Develop and deliver reward programmes, cyclical activities, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee reward delivery for UKIMEA and Europe regions.
- Manage a team of three Reward Specialists and coach them to build a highly effective Reward CoE.
We provide an attractive total reward package that recognises each member's contribution to our shared success.
This includes a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer benefits that support health and wellbeing, a wide range of learning opportunities, and many possibilities to have an impact through work.
We are owned in trust on behalf of our members, giving us the freedom to set our own direction and choose work that aligns with our purpose.
Total Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum
