Clinical Pharmacist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at University Hospital Monklands. This permanent, part-time position will involve working in our pharmacy aseptic unit, providing a safe and effective service to patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital pharmacy, with a Master's degree in Pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
The salary for this role is £43,772 per annum, pro-rata for part-time hours. We offer a range of benefits, including 27 days annual leave, 8 public holidays, and membership of the NHS Pension Scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Supply biological medicines and centralised intravenous additive services
- Provide systemic anti-cancer therapy and total parenteral nutrition
- Work effectively as part of a team in a pharmacy and multi-disciplinary environment
- Masters of Pharmacy Degree
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Continuing Professional Development as detailed by the General Pharmaceutical Council (mandatory requirement)
- Relevant post-registration experience in hospital pharmacy
- Postgraduate training and professional development in clinical pharmacy practice
