Job Description:

beBee Professionals in Southport is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to support students with special educational needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless support.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
