Support Professional for SEND Pupil

The role involves collaborating with the teaching team to implement tailored learning strategies and interventions. As a support professional, you will promote the pupil's independence and confidence within the classroom and beyond. You will also assist with preparing and adapting learning materials to ensure the pupil can access the curriculum effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience working with children or young people with SEND, particularly in a 1:1 support capacity. You must demonstrate patience, empathy, and the ability to build a strong rapport with the pupil. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential. Salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
