Learning Support Professional

We are seeking dedicated individuals to work as Teaching Assistants within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in Litherland. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to support pupils with autism, aged 11-19 years.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with disabilities, and be committed to ensuring everyone achieves success in their academic, social, and independent skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with autism in a learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons
- Assisting with the development of individualized education plans
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people with special needs
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Passion for supporting individuals with autism
