We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Southport. About the Role:
  • This position involves working closely with teachers to develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • The successful candidate will provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, helping students to access the curriculum and achieve their academic goals.
  • In collaboration with educators, the Learning Support Assistant will help implement individualized education plans (IEPs), ensuring each student receives tailored support.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment is crucial for this role, as the assistant will work to create a welcoming space for students to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with SEN in a collaborative effort with teaching staff
  • Providing targeted support during lessons to address specific learning needs
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of IEPs
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment
