">About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Support Assistant to join our team at Vision for Education - Liverpool. This full-time role will begin in January 2025 and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child with complex needs in a year 1 class.
The ideal candidate must have strong behaviour management skills, experience working with primary-aged children, and be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. As a Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in developing and implementing individual education plans for students with SEN
- Provide one-to-one support to students with complex needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
