beBee Professionals in Southport is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:- Support students with SEN in a one-on-one or small group setting, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
