Student Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Southport. As a key member of our educational support team, you will play a vital role in helping students with special educational needs (SEN) overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of our students.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to ensure equal access to education for students with SEN.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are highly desirable.
