We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Complex Needs Support Coordinator to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with individuals who have sustained personal injuries or suffered from medical negligence, providing tailored care and support that prioritises their independence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care and support plans, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. They will also engage with personalised routines, complete daily living activities, administer medication, and provide emotional support and companionship.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, and be able to deal with challenging behaviours. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

As a member of our team, you will benefit from supportive and friendly working environment, opportunities for professional development and training, and regular supervisions and check-ins. You will also receive an enhanced DBS check and full training prior to commencing work with our client.
