We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team in Southport, Lancashire. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in the life of a client with complex needs.

Job Description:

This challenging yet rewarding position involves providing comprehensive care and support to an individual with reduced mobility, pain, shortness of breath, dysphasia, loss of hearing, and other psychological and cognitive symptoms.

  • Engage with personalized routines to promote independence and well-being
  • Support daily living activities such as medication administration and personal care
  • Provide emotional support and maintain accurate records of the client's progress
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a patient, empathetic nature.

Requirements:

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
