Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1 to 1 support to individuals with varying needs, including learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and health issues.
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and interests, such as walking, shopping, and socialising.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals.
