Caregiver for Young People with Special Needs

As a Caregiver for Young People with Special Needs, you will play a vital role in supporting children and youth with complex needs in residential settings. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing emotional support, and assisting with daily living tasks.
- Build strong relationships with children and youth, fostering trust and understanding
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create and implement personalized care plans
- Provide guidance and support to help children and youth manage challenging behaviors and emotions
