We are partnering with a special educational needs school in Southport to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils and working closely with the teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist students with their learning and development, providing support where needed.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver lesson plans and achieve student outcomes.
- Use positive behavior management techniques to maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- A strong understanding of special educational needs and effective strategies for supporting students with complex needs.
