**Level 2 Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Southport**

This long-term position is ideal for a caring and motivated individual to support students with special educational needs in a secondary SEND school. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in adapting learning materials, providing one-to-one and small group support, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

  • Working closely with teachers to tailor support to students' individual needs
  • Supporting students' emotional and social development in a safe, inclusive setting
  • Assisting with classroom management and creating a structured learning space

**Requirements:**

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience supporting students in a secondary or SEND school setting
  • A patient, empathetic approach to supporting children and young people
  • DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

**Competitive Salary and Benefits: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum**, paid weekly, plus professional development opportunities and ongoing support from our experienced team.
