Job Summary: We are looking for an Academic Mentor for Young Learners to join our team of dedicated professionals at Tradewind Recruitment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teacher to deliver lessons and support the educational development of Year 1 pupils.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the teacher in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  2. Support the teacher in delivering lessons and implementing strategies to improve pupil outcomes.
  3. Provide individualized support to pupils who require additional help.
  4. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and achievements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience working with children aged 5-11.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum
