About the Role
This female-only position involves supporting ladies with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and non-verbal individuals. You will work in a bungalow setting, assisting with daily activities, maintaining relationships with families, and participating in hobbies like music, arts, and crafts. Our home has a nice small garden, which we aim to renovate soon. As a team, we value patience, empathy, compassion, and sensitivity towards others.
