Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the HR team to ensure high performance and achievement of business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and complex employee relations to drive a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and reward changes to ensure seamless employee transitions.
  • Oversee HR policy implementation and Health & Safety compliance to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Deliver HR reporting and support strategic projects to inform business decisions.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager with strong team management and hands-on HR skills.
  • Expert knowledge of HR policies and UK employment law to provide guidance and support.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to build relationships and drive results.
  • Detail-oriented with strong HR software proficiency to manage administrative tasks.
  • Discreet and organised problem-solver to navigate complex HR issues.
