Join our dynamic HR team at Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority as an Senior HR Lead for Organisational Change. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our HR function, driving organisational change and enhancing employee engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HR strategy development, organisational change, and leadership. They will develop and implement impactful HR strategies that drive operational performance and promote a supportive workplace culture. This includes managing complex HR cases, establishing efficient processes for resolution, and fostering positive relations with employees and unions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR policy development, budget management, and project delivery. A Chartered Membership of CIPD or equivalent level work experience is essential. In addition, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across business areas.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, a generous pension scheme, annual leave allowance, and access to wellbeing services. Flexible and remote working arrangements are available, with a strong focus on wellbeing throughout the organisation.
