We are looking for two HR Change Partners; one is permanent, and the other is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extending to 18 months. These roles will form part of a dedicated, empowered, and flexible pool of HR professionals, providing guidance and expertise to deliver prioritised business and HR strategic change activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver change effectively by utilising broad and specialist HR knowledge and, where appropriate, drawing in COE and wider functional expertise.
  • Carry out research, stakeholder engagement activity, develop user stories and collation/analysis of data to understand change requirements from both the commercial and people perspective.
  • Formulate implementation plans for viable solutions, ensuring necessary upskilling, planning and evaluation before hand over to business/BAU.
  • Establish and nurture successful relationships across HR utilising and engaging the relevant expertise where required and ensure any insights gathered through activity are shared and leveraged as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR business partnering and advising multiple Senior Leaders on strategic change activity, including employment legislation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, ability to lead on engagement with the business, creating strong relationships and effective dialogue to drive agreed outcomes.
  • Ability to gather information, analyse and problem solve taking business needs, policy, legislation and best practice into account.
  • Data fluent, able to translate data into a narrative and provide insight by using and leveraging data and reporting.
