At Direct Line Insurance Group plc, we're looking for a skilled HR Change Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extending to 18 months.

This role will be part of a dedicated pool of HR professionals providing guidance and expertise to deliver prioritised business and HR strategic change activities.

The successful candidate will report into one of our lead change partners to support the delivery of change activities and projects across the group.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a 9% employer-contributed pension and 25 days annual leave.

Job Description
  • Deliver short-term and long-term change effectively by utilising broad and specialist HR knowledge.
  • Engage and collaborate with sponsors to define outcomes and OKRs.
  • Carry out research, stakeholder engagement activity, develop user stories and collation/analysis of data to understand change requirements.
  • Identify issues and form hypotheses aligned to the overarching people strategy.
  • Formulate implementation plans for viable solutions, ensuring necessary upskilling, planning and evaluation before hand over to business/BAU.

You'll need experience in HR business partnering and owning and delivering change activities and programs of work offering guidance on best practice, including employment legislation.

A strong stakeholder management skillset, ability to gather information, analyse and problem solve taking business needs, policy, legislation and best practice into account is essential.
