**Job Title:** Community Support Specialist

**Location:** Bishopbriggs area, flexible working options available.

**Salary:** £15 per hour (10 hours per week)

This is a permanent part-time role with C-Change Scotland. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and other additional support needs in achieving positive change in their lives.

As a Community Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide outcome-focused, personalised support that adapts to the changing needs of individuals. You will empower people to live their life to its fullest potential while being active citizens within their community.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and stakeholders.
