**Job Description:** Community Care Specialist
**Salary Range:** £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Community Care Specialist to join our team in East Kilbride.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive difference in people's lives.
As a Community Care Specialist, you will work with individuals who have disabilities and/or additional support needs, providing them with the support they need to live independently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing individuals' needs and creating personalized care plans
- Providing support with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication, and personal care
- Accompanying individuals to appointments and activities
- Providing emotional support and assistance with maintaining relationships with family and friends
