Community Support Worker

Keane Premier Support Services South Lanarkshire is seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team. As a valued member, you will provide essential support to service users in their own homes or in the community.
Main responsibilities:
- Support service users with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Assist with medication management and administration.
- Encourage healthy eating habits and assist with meal preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Manage finances and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure access to healthcare services as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with service users, families, and the wider community.
