Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cumbernauld. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and develop strategies to meet client needs.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management to ensure informed business decisions.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Candidate Qualifications: Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
