Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of People Partnerships & Employee Relations to join our Global People Team, reporting to the Senior Director, Global People Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Leadership Team members as their direct business partner, providing strategy and thought leadership on Employee Relations, Engagement, Inclusion, and Acquisition activities.
  • Provide management information and summaries of the employee engagement and relations landscape, monthly and quarterly.
  • Execute on annual and bi-annual plans/OKRs, ensuring continuous improvements in key metrics like Turnover, Retention, Diversity, etc.
  • Work closely with Stakeholders, the Talent Acquisition Team to forecast talent needs and ensure a pipeline of exceptional talent.
  • Translate information into data to support decision making.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development & Culture Team to harness L&D opportunities and solutions.
  • Employee Relations experience across multiple geos within the region.
  • Technological savvy and experience working with HRIS, ATS, and Employee Engagement platforms.
  • Data literate with experience driving data decision making or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong capability in negotiations, project management, process improvement, conflict management, and change management.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or relevant experience.
  • Industrial Organizational Psychology.
