Executive Director of Leisure Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Leisure Operations to lead our team at Leisure People Recruitment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our leisure centre, ensuring that our facilities and services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that our teams are set up to meet and consistently deliver operational excellence, including managing budgets, resources, and staff performance.
- Customer Service: Recruit, coach, and inspire your managers and teams to deliver exceptional customer service, reflected in our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Financial Performance: Deliver on key financial targets for direct debit membership, learn to swim, casual swimming, and pitch bookings, ensuring that our business remains financially sustainable and profitable.
- Partnerships and Community Engagement: Take a proactive approach to building and developing partnerships with local schools, community groups, and other stakeholders, promoting our services and facilities to a wider audience.
- Business Intelligence: Continuously analyze business performance, data, and trends, taking appropriate action to maintain our competitive edge and drive business growth.
- Accreditation and Compliance: Focus on achieving outstanding Quest accreditation and the highest levels of health and safety, ensuring that our business meets all relevant regulatory requirements.
