Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all teams are set up to meet and consistently deliver operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and inspire your managers and teams to deliver exceptional customer service, reflected in high NPS scores.
  • Financial Performance: Deliver on key financial targets for DD membership, learn to swim, casual swimming, and pitch bookings.
  • Partnerships: Take a proactive approach to building and developing partnerships with local schools and community groups.
  • Business Analysis: Constantly analyse business performance, data, and trends, and take appropriate action to keep the business on track.
  • Accreditation: Focus on achieving an outstanding Quest accreditation and the highest levels of health and safety.

About the Role:

As Executive Director, you will be managing a team of around 50 full and part-time staff. You will work a combination of shifts during the week and typically one weekend in three. In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 dependent on experience, the position offers the huge benefit of enrolment onto the local government pension scheme and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
