Job Title: Executive Director of Hospitality

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Hospitality to join our team at Jubilee Catering Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of hospitality and event management, including catering, staffing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the setup and execution of events, ensuring a high-quality service for all attendees and delegates.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring a good understanding of all requirements and expectations.
  • Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Monitor event budgets to ensure cost control and efficiency.
  • Oversee, train, and motivate the events team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality and event management, preferably in the Contract Catering or Hotel Sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of meeting and event basics, including setup, operations, forward planning, and client liaison.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with high-profile attendees and team members.
  • Ability to engage with both the team and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
