Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and event experiences?

THE ROLE:
  1. Oversee the coordination of all aspects of hospitality and event management, including catering, staffing, and logistics.
  2. Ensure seamless execution of events, providing consistent and high-quality service to attendees and delegates.
  3. Lead the events team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operation and effective communication.
  5. Monitor event budgets to ensure cost control and optimize resources.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in managing high-end meetings and events within the contract catering or hotel sectors.
  2. Strong knowledge of meeting and event basics, including set-ups, operations, forward planning, and client liaison.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with high-profile attendees and team members.
