Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive bookings for the events space.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and attending industry events to expand our client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their event experience.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in sales and events management, preferably within the hospitality or events sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Please note that we are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, making this an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
