Job Overview

This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to make a significant impact in a vibrant and growing environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive bookings for the events space.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and attending industry events to expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their event experience.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • Proven experience in sales and events management, preferably within the hospitality or events sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Please note that we are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, making this an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
