Director of Growth and Expansion - ITAC Solutions

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced business development leader to join our team as a Director of Growth and Expansion.

About the Job:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and build valuable partnerships
  • Lead and manage a team of 6 members to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and meet objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners
  • Monitor industry trends and oversee proposals, presentations, and minimal travel for client meetings and events

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and partnerships
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans and goal-setting
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and meet objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and oversee proposals, presentations, and minimal travel for client meetings and events

Salary:

$120-140K (with commission-based incentives, bonuses, and growth potential)
