We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Corporate Sales Manager at TOCA Social in Birmingham.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our venue management team, responsible for driving corporate events revenue and managing the sales journey from lead to event execution.

You will be based in The Bullring (Birmingham) and report directly to the Operations team. Your primary focus will be on delivering and driving corporate events (branded, conferences, workshops, and large social events) valued over +£2.5k.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving Revenue: Achieve set KPIs by selling high-value corporate events
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement proactive planning and outreach strategies to drive corporate events footfall throughout the year
  • Lead Conversion: Ensure effective conversion of leads into corporate events
  • Packages and Offerings: Collaborate with the operations team to design and build packages that increase spend per booking for all types of corporate events
  • Negotiation and Partnerships: Manage relationships with events agencies and negotiate deals to secure larger requests
  • KPI Reporting: Share revenue numbers and projections with stakeholders and the Director of Operations
  • New Opportunities: Identify new opportunities for gaining larger corporate events
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the General Manager and operations team to provide updates on upcoming events
  • Guest Experience: Ensure each guest's needs are met and provide attentive service during phone or in-person interactions

About You:

  • Experience: 5+ years in corporate sales events, with experience in managing teams and driving larger-scale events
  • Hospitality Knowledge: Industry knowledge and hospitality operations experience
  • Sales Skills: Strong influencing and negotiation skills, passionate about sales and driving revenue
  • Leadership: Exceptional executive presence, ability to cultivate positive relationships, and strong communication skills

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
