Director of People Partnerships and Employee Relations

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People Partnerships and Employee Relations to join our Global People Team at Turnitin, LLC. This role will report to the Senior Director, Global People Partnerships and serve as the People Business Partner to our EMEA Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with designated Senior Leadership Team members as their direct business partner to provide strategy and thought leadership related to Employee Relations, Engagement, Inclusion, and Acquisition activities.
- Provide management information and summaries of the employee engagement and relations landscape - monthly and quarterly.
- Execute on annual and bi-annual plans/OKRs using COE support with the team to ensure continuous improvements are realized in relation to key metrics like Turnover, Retention, Diversity, etc.
- Work closely with Stakeholders, the Talent Acquisition Team to forecast talent needs and to ensure that a pipeline of exceptional talent is flowing into the organization.
- Be able to translate information into data to support decision making.
- Work closely with Stakeholders, the Talent Development & Culture Team to harness the L&D opportunities and solutions needed to drive continued improvement and motivation.
- Employee Relations experience across multiple geos within the region.
- Technological savvy and experience working with HRIS, ATS, and Employee Engagement platforms.
- Data literate with experience driving data decision making or a willingness to learn.
- Strong capability in negotiations, project management, process improvement, conflict management, and change management.
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or relevant experience.
