  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams, ensuring they adhere to engineering best practices and follow agile development methodologies.
  • Partnerships and Expertise: Foster strong relationships with technology partners, vendors, and industry experts to leverage their knowledge and expertise in enhancing our people management services.
  • Emerging Technologies: Stay informed about emerging technologies and evaluate their potential applications to drive innovation, promote employee well-being, and enable effective people management practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in engineering and software development, with a focus on HR systems, people analytics, or employee experience platforms.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR systems, talent management practices, and people analytics methodologies.
  • Application Development: Expertise in designing and developing scalable, secure, and user-centric applications and systems for people management purposes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with relevant HR regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in HR, project management, or related areas are highly desirable.
