A prominent professional services firm is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their team for a fixed-term contract. This role is essential for providing expert advice and support on various Employee Relations matters for approximately 500 staff members, mainly those in fee-earning and partnership roles.

While the position is based in Birmingham, the organization offers significant flexibility regarding remote work. You will be required to attend the office once every three months, but beyond that, you will have the autonomy to determine your working environment as long as you meet the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive guidance on Employee Relations issues.
  • Manage a caseload of up to 50 Employee Relations cases concurrently.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure effective resolution of ER matters.

To qualify for this position, candidates must be able to commit to the duration of the contract and possess extensive experience in handling a diverse range of Employee Relations cases.
