Job Title: Financial Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Exertis (UK) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process debtor payments on SAP once received into bank
- Resolve sales invoice queries both internally and externally
- Ensure sales credit notes are processed when necessary
- Issue daily sales invoices and weekly/monthly consolidated invoices
- Monitor customer credit limits
- Prepare weekly/monthly aged debt reports
Purchase Ledger:
- Process customer invoices onto SAP matching off against receipted PO
- Resolve price and quantity queries both internally and externally
- Process expense invoices
- Authorise all expense invoices in line with company policy
- Run weekly/monthly payment runs in line with agreed payment terms
- Reconcile bank statements daily
- Provide supplier reporting weekly/monthly
Requirements:
- SAP experience preferred but not essential
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
