Financial Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Inputting sales invoices, purchase invoices and bank transactions
- Credit control
- Maintaining records, including bank statements and reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Undertaking general administration duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a financial administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Sage is preferred.
- Experience with similar accounting software would be considered
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
