Job Description

This position involves supporting the Service department at Motus Commercials in Cumbernauld, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As an Apprentice Administrator, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Administer tasks and processes in the workshop, ensuring efficient operations.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  3. Liaise with the workshop to monitor vehicle progress, ensuring accurate updates and information sharing.
  4. Understand key performance targets and support colleagues and team to achieve them, driving business success.
  5. Develop excellent communication skills, maintaining positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Salary Range

The salary for this position ranges from £18,000 to £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
