**Job Introduction**:
The Group Finance Systems team sits within the wider Group Finance function, and are responsible for the management, governance, and basic data of the businesses ERP tool, called IFS10. Compliance and governance are core to our role in ensuring the integrity of our finance tool, and the Group Finance Systems Administrator would be a key support to the GFS BAU Team in both managing control and best practice across teams globally.

**Main Responsibility**:
All call requests for changes to IFS are channelled to the GFS via our Assyst web tool. As the GFS team deal with all users, irrespective of their team or location, it is imperative that the time to review, obtain governance and implement calls is closely managed in order that the GFS team effectively contribute to the needs of the business. As such, you will be in constant dialogue with both GFS team colleagues, but also all areas of the business, in effectively managing this process. It is also expected that you will get exposure to action certain call activity within IFS.

You will need to be well organised, not be afraid to politely challenge, and be computer literate. You would be expected to be able to work autonomously when required but be comfortable in playing an active role to support the GFS team generally. You must also be confident in your ability to communicate well with stakeholders (both verbal and written), and be able to establish a positive working relationship with individuals across wider business.
