Practice Management Opportunity

Pain Free Dentistry Group is seeking a Practice Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day running of the practice.
- Providing support and development to enhance performance, skills, and knowledge of practice staff.
- Acting as a concierge for new patients, explaining all aspects of treatment and finance.
- Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies.
- Financial management of the practice, including banking, authorizing invoices, and producing reports.
Requirements:
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred).
- Management: 3 years (required).
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum, with potential for a bonus up to £4,000.
Location: In-person, based in Carluke.
