Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient company accounts using Sage 50. Your duties will include processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial records are up-to-date. You will also create and manage purchase orders, handle customer accounts, prepare monthly payroll and VAT returns, and collaborate with the company accountant to prepare management accounts and statutory accounts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Strong knowledge of Sage 50 and other accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
