Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant Required

We are seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. The successful candidate will be working with students in Key stage 1 and 2, providing high-quality support to ensure they reach their full potential.
Job Description- Predominantly based within the classroom offering support to all students
- Some 1:1 or small group work to cater to individual needs
- Assisting teachers to manage behaviour and promote engagement with learning
- Supporting with lesson preparation and activities tailored to student requirements
- A minimum of experience working with SEN students
- SEN teaching assistant qualification (or willingness to gain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full-time position with term-time only hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm)
- Competitive salary (£20,000 - £25,000 per annum)
