About the Nursery Room Manager Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Quedgeley Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team in delivering high-quality childcare services to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the needs of every individual child are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements while guiding and managing the team in your room.
  • Support the development of a positive and inclusive nursery environment.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
