Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced childcare professional to join our team as a Senior Nursery Room Manager. As a key member of the nursery management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in providing high-quality care and education to children.

About the Role
As a Senior Nursery Room Manager, you will work closely with the nursery management team to ensure that the nursery operates efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners and ensuring that they receive the support and guidance needed to provide excellent care and education to children. You will also be responsible for observing, assessing, and planning for individual children's needs, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets its quality standards.

What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £28k per annum, plus a range of benefits including 28 days holiday per year, birthday off, childcare discounts, health & wellbeing apps, NEST pension, and enhanced family leave. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have managerial experience in an early years setting. You will also need to be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and manage a team, develop and implement policies and procedures, and provide high-quality care and education to children.
