Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Quedgeley Nursery.

As a key member of the nursery management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff to ensure the highest level of care and education for our children.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and managing a team of practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the nursery, including the achievement of children and the quality of care and education provided.
  • Working closely with the nursery management team to ensure the effective management of the nursery.
  • Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of children and staff.
