We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Quedgeley Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring that every child receives the highest quality care and education.

About the Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery room
  • Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure the overall success of the nursery
