We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Quedgeley Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.

About the Role

As a Senior Room Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team, role modelling best practice and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery. You will work closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, welcoming and stimulating for children and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our vision and mission.

Requirements
