We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Quedgeley Nursery.

About the Role

As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting staff to provide high-quality childcare services. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that every child's needs are met, and their development is encouraged and praised.

You will be responsible for taking ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children, providing developmentally challenging next steps, and supporting the staff team.

A successful candidate will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
