About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Family and Criminal Law Advocate to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, information, and practical assistance to victims of domestic abuse involved in Criminal and/or Family & Civil Proceedings.


As a Specialist Family and Criminal Law Advocate, you will work closely with our clients, attending court and representing them where necessary. You will also develop and deliver specialist training for Litigants in Person (LiPs) going through the Family Court on a monthly rolling basis.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Family Law, with a minimum of 2 years' experience working within the civil and family courts. You must also have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with victims of domestic abuse and be able to demonstrate a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.


We offer a competitive salary of £30,984.25 per annum, plus benefits such as annual holiday entitlement, a defined contribution pension scheme, trust-based flexible working, and a Confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
